A little about me
Hello!
So glad to have you here. This winter and New year have been a turning point for me as i return to my little mice creations. Once a few years back i did handsew some little felted mice but this time i shall be switching to needlefelting with different poseable designs.
I am an english/french self-taught artist based in Italy with a few too many creative ideas and projects. However I have been slowly honing in on what would suit me best. Having gone from large scale down to miniature scale the change is quite an adventure!!
Those who already know me know that i have been a fursuit maker for the last few years and the transition to this smaller scale will hopefully be easier for me since the sheer volume of a fursuit is a lot to deal with.
Also as some of you may already know Menagerie of Felt Enchantments is not an entirely new project. You may recall I already had a mouse phase with that name. Whilst unfortunately that came to a halt for personal reasons, I am happy to pick the project up with the same name and adapt it to this new venture.
As for the original inspiration: my ratties. I have had 10 ratties and they
are the most adorable of creatures. Whilst so many fear them or are
disgusted by them, i strive to show off how adorable, intelligent and loving
they are.
I love to tell stories and create worlds so that we can escape from our daily chores
so what better way than to actually create the characters ande develop a story and hopefully in time create art, books, stop motion etc around those characters.
